Dawn has over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and brings a 360 degree approach to marketing strategies. From identity and branding to social media and content marketing, she innately understands the unique challenges and triumphs of small business owners.

She has extensive experience across platforms. Dawn prides herself on an intrinsic knowledge of the importance of social sharing and engagement in today’s digital landscape. Her professional creativity and tenacious problem-solving often carries over to her other role, as a happily married mother of two with a penchant for DIY projects.

Katherine Maddux
Content Manager

Katherine is fiercely curious about what makes people tick.  This curiosity carries over into an interest in behavioral economics and consumer motivators. As a marketer, Katherine works to fuse creativity with analytics. This blend of strategies guides her content marketing initiatives and helps her deliver actionable content that is jam-packed with value, inspiration, and fun.

Katherine dressed up as a stack of LaCroix last Halloween in order to earn a coupon for free LaCroix. It’s a vicious cycle and she is fully aware. Other guilty pleasures include boozy slushies, Chicago mix popcorn, and dog memes. Katherine is a maximalist at heart and believes more is always better: more color, more pattern, more texture. She is currently working to perfect her homemade dumplings, much to the delight of her taste testers.

Marketing Strategist

Emmanuel, or EB, as we know him in the office, enjoys studying businesses to figure out how they can improve our world. He has a sharp sense for identifying opportunities and quickly pivoting strategies to stay ahead of the curve. Whether it is in managing PPC campaigns, analyzing Analytics data or creating and implementing video marketing campaigns, EB’s intrinsic grasp on the digital world offers big value to the projects and team with whom he works.
